North Shore Homes remodeled our 118-year-old beach house in Seaside. The job included a new addition plus a studs-out renovation of the original house. We had a very specific vision for retaining the vintage character and having the new build blend with the old. It was achieved in every way. They preserved original doors and windows. Wood shiplap and beadboard was saved and relocated for use on new walls and ceilings. Woodworks and trims inside and out were handcrafted to match the old. Additionally, a major architectural plan change was met with a quick pivot, communication and excellent result.
The entire project was a tall order that took an expertise above and beyond a builder standard job. North Shore Homes took the challenge and the result is quality beyond beautiful. They executed our vision and created a legacy home we cherish. Everyone on the team is professional and respectful. They take pride in their work and it shows in all ways. The quality stands strong; we’ve never had to call them back for a fix! We highly recommend North Shore Homes!

Our experience with North Shore has been amazing! Our Arch Cape “Fixer Upper” was almost a complete teardown. The home has been transformed to a modern oasis for our family to enjoy for years.
